In terms of a general progress report, as a group we have progressed quite well. Due to communication problems we did not film Thursday, but this is alright as we have worked out an alternative. We are going to film Monday, which I know is a very close alternative as the launch for the second episode is the next day, but Sam is going to let Matt L borrow his laptop after college to edit, so this should be O.K and we should reach the deadline on time. This also gives us more time to plan for episode two and to finish episode 1 as well as upload it and do all the marketing, which means we can be fully focused on episode one for now.
Today in terms of individual progress, today I am mainly working on promoting the launch poster and the launch on the web as opposed to sticking up posters around college - we thought it was a bit short notice to put the posters up now as we had only printed them today, in hindsight we should've printed them earlier and probably yesterday, but the picture came out too dark and we had no time to change this at the end of tomorrow's lesson. I am also helping tim with the titles at the end of the sequence and watching Matt's edits and telling him what else we could do for the first episode.
In terms of schedule, we are a bit behind but in my opinion due to the arrangement on Monday we will be all done with the second episode. The first episode is almost finished just needs general tweaking by Matt and maybe an edit of a song with the voiceover but this may be confusing. Overall, I think things are generally going well and we should be well on schedule and get everything finished. After the meeting on Thursday we are a lot more clear in our roles and get on a lot better in terms of a group.
