I felt pleased in our group that we actually had the majority of the paperwork done, as on Wednesday Tim and I worked on the risk assessment and permission sheet. Wednesday's auditions also went well, as we managed to get a model release form for all the auditionees that came, which was also a great turn out and it was good evidence too - it also had all their contact details on - which would be helpful if we needed to get hold of them by email or phone etc.
One bad thing was that today we did not have the paperwork with us to put in our folder, as the person who took it home had not come in the next day and then was on holiday - which meant we did not have the paperwork to put in the folder - we will add this Tuesday when Mike gets back to college with the paperwork. One other thing I helped to do was to contact the cast once again and ask them for free times available for next week, some had not yet replied so I sent an email asking them to please reply as soon as possible and it will be helpful for them if they learnt their lines by next week as we hope to start filming.

The most important thing of the day in my opinion was the planning sheet we were given, which gave us the opportunity to make future plans for Monday, Wednesday and next week. This especially helped me as it gave some clear direction to the project and clear deadlines to stick to.
On Monday we hope to each have storyboarded a part of the script so that we can all add it together and it will make things easier as we will not have to then do it all as we get back to college - which I thought was a good idea by Kirk. By Wednesday my personal target was to have filmed the first episode of the web series. Finally our group target for next week was to have edited the first episode and to have it ready to put up on youtube etc. My personal role in this was to assist where needed when filming, help organise cast while Mike is away and to also help with marketing to let people know how we were getting on.
